Explore our core collection of precision-engineered SFP transceivers, RJ45 modular jacks, and high-density interface connectors.
In the high-stakes world of modern telecommunications, industrial networking, and enterprise data centers, physical layer components constitute the fundamental substrate of digital infrastructure. As a premier manufacturer and global exporter based in China, we deliver high-performance RJ45 Ethernet Sockets, modular connectors, integrated magnetic jacks (MagJack), and high-frequency optical transceivers. These components serve as the critical junctions where hardware reliability interfaces directly with protocol throughput.
The standard 8P8C (8 Position 8 Contact) RJ45 configuration has evolved far beyond its simple telephony roots. Today, our engineering divisions focus on mitigating electromagnetic interference (EMI), minimizing cross-talk, managing insertion loss, and ensuring flawless performance in high-speed, high-power environments like Power over Ethernet (PoE, PoE+, and PoE++ / IEEE 802.3bt). Whether routing Category 5e, Cat6, Cat6A, or Cat8 channels, our connectors are systematically simulated and validated using state-of-the-art vector network analyzers (VNAs).
Our commitment to the E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) framework is reinforced by over a decade of hands-on metallurgical, mechanical, and electrical engineering refinement. By integrating advanced production equipment with rigid multi-tier quality gates, we assure that our components operate flawlessly across a standard 15-to-25-year structural lifecycle.
A deep dive into our advanced manufacturing systems, economies of scale, and high-frequency R&D pipelines.
We control everything from precision metal stamping and high-speed injection molding to winding our own LAN transformers (magnetic components). This dramatically reduces structural deviations, ensures tight tolerances, and guarantees reliable signal transmission across all frequency ranges.
Every batch of products undergoes complete validation: 100% optical performance tests, thermal cycling, and signal integrity inspections. Backed by 45 expert QC staff and a modern facility, our components meet international standards such as IEEE and MSA specifications.
Supported by 65 engineers focusing on high-speed transmission technologies (10G, 25G, 100G, 400G, and 800G), we launched approximately 120 new products over the last year. This rapid pipeline allows us to easily support complex OEM and ODM requests.

We design and manufacture components that function cohesively in demanding, high-throughput network topographies.
Our RJ45 sockets, magnetic jacks, and low-profile connectors are designed to exceed cross-talk requirements in high-density patch panels, distribution frames, and enterprise switches. With 50-micro-inch gold contacts, our connectors endure over 750 mating cycles, maintaining robust connection profiles for office and commercial networks.
We manufacture MSA-compliant optical modules (SFP+, SFP28, QSFP28, and QSFP-DD) capable of handling speeds from 10G to 400G and 800G. Paired with our shielded ganged SFP+ cages and thermal heatsink technologies, we supply complete high-frequency interconnection lanes for server nodes and high-density switches.
Industrial environments present harsh conditions like electrical noise, mechanical vibrations, and wide temperature swings. Our industrial single-mode optical transceivers operate reliably from -40°C to +85°C. Meanwhile, our shielded RJ45 sockets feature built-in isolation transformers to protect sensitive control circuitry from common-mode noise.

Understanding the engineering behind micro-contact performance, electromagnetic shielding, and signal integrity.
In high-speed copper networking, physical connections are often the primary cause of signal degradation. As frequencies climb to support 10G Base-T (up to 500 MHz for Cat6A) and 40G Base-T (up to 2000 MHz for Cat8), connectors must handle extreme return loss, insertion loss, and crosstalk (both near-end crosstalk, NEXT, and far-end crosstalk, FEXT). Our RJ45 sockets use calculated structural designs to address these issues:
Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) setups work well in standard office environments, but industrial and high-density installations require shielded (STP) solutions. Our shielded RJ45 sockets feature a thick, nickel-plated brass shell that connects directly to the cable shield. This shell routes high-frequency EMI to the chassis ground, preventing external noise from corrupting the internal signal lanes.
Our integrated RJ45 jacks built for Ethernet interfaces include isolating LAN transformers, common-mode chokes, and high-voltage capacitors directly inside the connector housing. This saves PCB real estate and places the isolation circuitry closer to the media-dependent interface (MDI). The result is improved electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and protection against high-voltage surges up to 1.5kV AC, meeting the strict requirements of IEEE 802.3 standards.
Atmospheric exposure can oxidize copper alloy contacts, leading to signal loss and connection issues over time. To prevent this, our contact pins receive a nickel under-barrier followed by a hard gold finish. For standard hardware, we offer plating from gold flash up to 15μ", while our heavy-duty enterprise and industrial components feature 50μ" gold layers. This level of plating maintains low contact resistance even after hundreds of insertions.
